We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at user@example.com.

What we collect

When you request an invitation we process the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), position, club, playing level, age, selected development areas, your goals and how you heard about us. We also record when you gave consent.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is used temporarily (for up to one hour, in hashed form) to limit the number of requests.

Why we use it

• to review your request;
• to contact you about your request and a possible invitation;
• to send you a confirmation that we received it.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an invitation are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. If you join the platform, the platform's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is only shared with service providers needed to run this website and email (such as our hosting provider), under a data processing agreement.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served locally; no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Send your request to user@example.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
